Environmental Action

NASRO sees significant progress on the development of alternative technologies by private companies that provide us with the tools to change the way we live and further our support for the environmental restoration of our planet. NASRO sees environmental protection and sustainable job growth as being inseparably linked.

It is now our job to start purchasing these new technologies. The best example of this trend is the development of the electric and hybrid automobiles. Fifteen years ago when we started, this trend was a dream and now it is becoming a reality. Now there is a six month waiting list for the most popular hybrid car and even General Motors is selling environmentally friendly cars.

But all of these changes supported by the vast majority of the people of the United States are threatened by the oil men who lead our government and make us weaker by ignoring the dangers of climate change that are occuring due to global warming. Our water is being threatened by private companies that want to make us believe that their water is better for us when many times their water turns out to also come from a tap.
